In 2008, Dr. Salibi joined FNI. He previously served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center prior to coming to Saginaw, Michigan. He also served as Chairman of the Division of Neurosurgery at the Dominican Santa Cruz Hospital and the Community Hospital of Santa Cruz, both in Santa Cruz, California. Dr. Salibi earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. He is a member of Ascension Medical Group, is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and is also a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He has over 30 years of neurosurgery experience and specializes in minimally invasive spinal procedures. Dr. Salibi also has an intense interest in neuroscience research, especially in the efforts to treat degenerative disc disease.
