FNI engages in research projects that advance the boundaries of knowledge in the neurosciences. FNI and St. Mary's of Michigan not only treat neurological problems but are on the forefront of discovering new ways to treat them.

 

FNI and St. Mary's of Michigan staff participate in clinical trials for new medications, treatments and devices as well as helping to discover new ways to manage and treat neurological disorders.
